In March 2005, AirRoad established a charity program called the AirRoad Foundation. This program enables AirRoad to work together with employees to raise funds for various charity organisations.

Employees advise the AirRoad Foundation of their selected charity and the amount they wish to donate. This is then deducted from their pay and AirRoad matches the contribution dollar for dollar.

In addition, an employee may work two days each year for an approved charity. They are paid as normal and as an incentive they receive an additional day as annual leave.

AirRoad’s employees also participate in many fundraising efforts such as, The Leukemia Foundation’s annual “Shave For a Cure”, “Jeans for Genes Day”, Angel Flight’s “Earth Angels” program and raffles for “Make a Wish Foundation”.

AirRoad Foundation has contributed a substantial amount to various charity organisations since inception and will endeavour to increase contributions in the future.
