Our processes are regularly audited and consistently confirm that we meet exceptionally high security levels.

That is why we are one of only six companies to be accredited by the Australian Security Intelligence Organisation (ASIO) and endorsed by the Security Construction and Equipment Committee (SCEC) as a preferred company for overnight delivery of classified material at the ‘secret’ and ‘highly protected’ level. Security Procedures

It is our policy to never relinquish the security of your goods until we receive a delivery signature.

In the unlikely event that a security breach does occur, all matters are dealt with impartially through an independent security company who is responsible for conducting and overseeing investigations. Every freight incident is reported to security and an investigation is undertaken by specialised security operatives trained in freight tracking.

With such extensive security systems and processes in place actual freight loss is one in ten thousand items carried (audited by the independent security firm). That is certainly peace of mind for you.
