The Golden Casket Variety Special Children’s Christmas Party (held at Brisbane) this year aimed at providing over 2,500 children in need with an unforgettable day of fun. There were rides, face painting, merry-go-rounds and other activities to keep the children entertained. Hot dogs, chips, drinks, lollies and ice creams were also made available. In the past, the likes of the Wiggles, John Paul Young and Mental as Anything have performed at this special event. Father Christmas also made a spectacular arrival and the children were met individually by Santa.
