As we reach the end of a very challenging year and the holiday season approaches, we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued business. We look forward to working with you in the coming year, and wish you health, happiness and success in 2021.
As you are aware, additional load on transport networks throughout the end of year period may result in deliveries being completed outside of our express transit times. In addition to this, we are still operating under State and Government imposed COVID19 restrictions, which creates additional challenges in maintaining our service levels. Therefore, to avoid disappointment, we ask that our clients allow additional time for all consignments, particularly date sensitive deliveries.
AirRoad’s Customer Service phone lines will be closed and we will not be operating on the days below:
- Christmas Day – 25/12/2020
- Boxing Day – 26/12/2020
- New Year’s Day – 01/01/2021
Please also note that some delivery agents in our network, particularly in the country areas, may not be operating between Christmas and New Year. If a delivery is required at this time, please contact your Account Manager prior to despatch to confirm if the required service is available.
All interstate and intrastate linehaul schedules will return to normal from Monday the 4th of January 2021.
