Dear Valued Client,
Please note that heavy rain, flooding and road closures have led to delays in and around Lismore and Ballina. AirRoad will not be sending freight to these areas from its major hubs until conditions improve and the roads are clear.
Delays of 2-4 weeks are expected, and we are unable to provide ETAs at this stage. Several vehicles were also damaged in the last flooding event, and we will be prioritising food and medical items once we resume deliveries.
