Introducing AirRoad Out of Hours

At AirRoad, we understand that not every pickup is routine. For those urgent orders where goods need to be cleared out and despatched from the warehouse floor ASAP, our new Out of Hours pickup service can help. Here is how it works.

Availability

Out of Hours pickup is available from 5.30 AM - 8.30 AM and 5.30 PM - 8.30 PM, 7 days a week in Sydney only. In addition, we can also pick your goods up from 8.30 AM - 5.30 PM on the weekends and during public holidays. Businesses requesting the service must have a forklift on site to load goods on to the vehicle.

Booking Your Out of Hours Service

This can be done online via www.airroaddirect.com.au. Payment options include PayPal and credit cards, and all jobs need to paid for in advance. The Out of Hours Service option is presented as a Special Service during the quote and book process. If you would like to select a weekend booking, then please select the weekend as your pickup date. Please note that these options can only be selected in postcodes/suburbs where this service is available.

Pricing

Our Out of Hours service (Early AM/Late PM/Weekend) is available for $300, with the final price and applicable surcharge quoted on the AirRoad Direct website during booking.

After Your Booking

Once your Out of Hours pickup has been booked, one of our Drivers will be in touch with you at least 1 hour before the time of pickup. They will provide you with an estimated time of arrival for the day. You can also speak to our regular AirRoad Direct Customer Service team on 1300 555 450 during standard business hours.

Transit Time

Goods picked up in the Early AM during the week will be despatched on the same day for further travel. However, goods picked up on the weekends and Late PM may not travel on the same night. For Late PM and weekend/public holiday consignments, please add an extra working day to our standard transit times.

24/7 Sydney Pickups

AirRoad can pick your goods up any time during the week. For a time slot that is not quoted on our website, please Contact Us and we will get back to you with a price.
