Improvements to Track and Trace tool

May 7 2018: AirRoad will be implementing a few enhancements to its popular online Track and Trace tool.
Used by registered clients, this tool provides consignment whereabouts in real-time as well as a Proof of Delivery signature on successful delivery. Based on feedback received from clients and staff, and with the aim of continuously improving our services, we have updated this tool with the features below:

1. Estimated delivery date: Track and trace now returns an estimated delivery date for the consignment.

2. Item level scanning history: All scanning events from pickup through to final delivery is now available at the item level. AirRoad usually scans goods taking into account five key milestones during transit, which include pickup, depot in, linehaul, depot out and a final delivery scan.
Submit

3. Improved useability: To improve user experience, proof of delivery images are pinned on the screen without any scrolling required. Scanning history for each or all items in the consignment can also be expanded or collapsed by clicking on the ‘ALL’ button.

The tool is expected to be updated and available to all users by COB Wednesday May 9 2018.
