May 22 2025: Service Disruption Due to Severe Flooding– Northern NSW

May 22 2025

Due to severe flooding in and around Taree, all freight bound for Taree, Port Macquarie, Grafton, Ballina, and surrounding areas is currently delayed.

Floodwaters have forced the closure of key transport routes, including multiple sections of the Pacific Highway.

With road access blocked and safety risks high, deliveries to these regions are not possible at this time.

May 23 2025

All freight for these regions are being held at our Sydney depot until conditions improve and authorities confirm it is safe to resume transit.

The NSW SES has reported that the Manning River at Taree has exceeded major flood levels, with further rises and up to 250mm of additional rain expected over the coming days.

Depots are currently not operating in Taree, Port Macquarie, Coffs Harbour, Grafton and Ballina and will recommence deliveries as soon as it is safe to do so.

The health and safety of our staff is our top priority, and we will ensure freight is delivered as soon as possible.

We are monitoring all updates from road authorities and emergency services and will recommence deliveries when it is safe to do so.

We appreciate your patience and understanding.
