As you are aware, the lead up to Christmas is the busiest time of the year for the transport and logistics industry. In addition to this, we are still operating under varying COVID-19 restrictions across our network, which creates additional challenges in maintaining our service levels. Therefore, to avoid disappointment, we ask that our clients allow additional time for all consignments, particularly date sensitive deliveries.
AirRoad’s Client Support phone lines will be closed and we will not be operating on the days below:
- Christmas Day – 25/12/2021
- Boxing Day – 26/12/2021
- Christmas Public Holiday – 27/12/2021
- Boxing Day Public Holiday – 28/12/2021
- New Year’s Day – 01/01/2022
- Public Holiday – 03/01/2022

Please also note that some delivery agents in our network, particularly in the country areas, may not be operating between Christmas and New Year. If a delivery is required at this time, please contact your Account Manager prior to despatch to confirm if the required service is available.
All interstate and intrastate linehaul schedules will return to normal from Tuesday the 4th of January 2022.
